These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of UGangIt, a standalone AI-powered gang sheet builder provided by Kixxl LLC (“Kixxl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using UGangIt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use UGangIt.

1. Description of Service

UGangIt allows users to upload artwork and generate optimized gang sheets for print-ready output. UGangIt is owned and operated by Kixxl LLC and may integrate with third-party platforms for order processing or fulfillment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use UGangIt. By using UGangIt, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments

UGangIt may offer free and paid features. Payments are processed through Shopify or other third-party providers. By using paid features, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse UGangIt. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

  • Uploading unlawful, infringing, or offensive content

  • Attempting to disrupt or interfere with UGangIt’s operation

  • Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing the service

6. Third-Party Services

UGangIt may interact with Shopify or other platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in UGangIt remain the property of Kixxl LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute UGangIt without our written consent. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a license to use it for operating the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to UGangIt at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the service.

9. Disclaimers

UGangIt is provided “as is” and “as available.” Kixxl LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kixxl LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of UGangIt. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use UGangIt in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of UGangIt after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
